FOR INDIVIDUAL LEARNING
Individuals, groups, and corporations must submit a refund request within 7 days after purchasing the certification course. Only if access to the learning/downloaded material is less than 10% of the complete course will we refund your money. Specifically, if a person has accessed for more than 25%, the money back guarantee is null and void.
LIVE ONLINE TRAINING WITH AN INSTRUCTOR
Individuals, groups, and corporations must submit a refund request within 7 days of enrolling with us. If the participant/group has accessed more than 10% of the e-learning content, or has attended a live session with the trainer, or has received a recording for more than one day, the money return guarantee is null and void.If an individual or group downloads the online material, the money back promise is likewise worthless. If you submit a request after 7 days but before the 30th day after purchasing the course, you will be able to receive 80% of the total fees paid to Educoresolution. After the 30th day from the course's purchase date, no requests will be considered.
REFUND REQUEST METHODS
- For a fee refund, you must write an official email to our support team with a good cause. The admin staff will then analyse this refund request to further validate it and get it approved from management.
- Any enrollment refund initiated by the delegate will incur a 10% transaction fee due to processing fees for the refund of funds.
- If the quantity of an item is greater than one, you must contact our support team via the website's Help & Support section.
DUPLICATE PAYMENT REFUND
The delegate will get a refund for the double payment, which will be processed through the same source. (All duplicate payment refunds must be executed within 10 days following the Educoresolution's approval of the refund request.)
